Map the places you will visit, note the last transfer you would accept after a long day, and compare the exact walking route to the accommodation. A district name alone cannot describe a hillside, a busy nightlife street or the distance from a station exit.
Planning principle: compare a specific property address with your itinerary. Neighborhood labels are useful orientation, not a guarantee of quiet, accessibility or travel time.
